Ugur (pronounced Oo-oor) is the coach of Clownfish, responsible for the technique and athletic development of the swimmers. With his professional experience in design he also provides design work for Clownfish and manages the digital content.

Ugur's interaction with water started when he was born in a small Mediterranean town. He learned swimming on his own and improved his swimming skills with snorkeling, free diving, scuba diving. He took swimming courses during collage which provides foundation for his teaching skills. He worked as a swimming instructor and coach in several summer camps, swimming programs and independently both in the US and abroad. 

Heather grew up in Minneapolis and has been enjoying water and swimming from day one.  She started teaching lessons in 1992, to occupy time while waiting for her sisters to finish their swim lessons.  She has been teaching and swimming ever since.  She swam competitively in high school and dove for a time in college. In addition to teaching, Heather was the Aquatics Director at the JCC for a number of years; teaching, lifeguarding, managing staff, and building a robust swim program.
